  1. 1.  Ann Cameron was born in ca 1785 (daughter of Allan Cameron); died on 12 Apr 1870 in PEI, Canada.

    Notes:

    Natural daughter.
    She lived with her father at Lochmaddy while her husband was imprisoned in France.

    Ann married George Campbell on 16 Oct 1801 in Saint Leonards, Shoreditch, London. George was born on ca 1760 in Plymouth; died in 1850 in PEI, Canada. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

    Children:
    1. George Colin Campbell was born in 1801; died in 1875 in Auckland, NZ.
    2. Anne Campbell was born on 23 Aug 1802.
    3. Allan Cameron Campbell was born in 1816.

  1. 2.  Allan Cameron was born on 27 Feb 1765 (son of James Cameron and Mary Cameron).

    Notes:

    Capt Lochaber Fencibles to 1802, then factor for Lord Macdonald in North Uist for 27 years.
    Also known as Chamberlain, North Uist

  2. 5.  Mary Cameron (daughter of Alexander Cameron, of Glennevis and Mary Cameron).
    Children:
    1. Ewen Cameron was born on 20 Oct 1763.
    2. 2. Allan Cameron was born on 27 Feb 1765.
    3. Alexander Cameron was born on 26 Apr 1767; died in in infancy.
    4. Isobel Cameron was born on 14 Nov 1768; died in ca 1804.
    5. Charles Cameron was born on 21 Apr 1769; died in in infancy.
    6. Jean Cameron was born on 21 Jul 1771.

  1. 8.  Allan Cameron (son of John Cameron); died in Oct 1749 in Dunkirk.

    Notes:

    9th of Callart.
    Wounded at Culloden, his estate was forfeited to the crown and he was banished to France. A letter from Colin Campbell of Glenure (Forfeited estate papers) dated 20 Nov 1749, states that he "died last month at Dunkirk".

    Allan married Helen Stewart. Helen died on 30 Sep 1790. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

    9. Brigadier General Duncan Cameron died on 2 Oct 1798 in Martinique.

  3. 10.  Alexander Cameron, of Glennevis (son of Allan Cameron, of Glennevis); died on 18 May 1774 in Glen Nevis; was buried on 21 May 1774 in Achnawan.

    Notes:

    "12th Chief of Glen Nevis", at the time of the '45. However some authorities name his son Ewen as 12th chief as noted below.

    Listed as Captain in Lochiel's regiment.

    It is noted he had 5 children living in 1746, when his house was burnt.

    Surrendered ca March 1746 on parole at Inverary. Transferred to Edinburgh Castle March 1747, with Duncallon (Ref. London papers March 1747). Released July 1747 with Act of Indemnity.

  4. 11.  Mary Cameron (daughter of Archibald Cameron, 1st of Dungallon and Isobel Cameron).
    Children:
    1. Ewen Cameron, XII of Glennevis was born in 1738; died on 11 Dec 1797 in Glen Nevis.
    2. Mary Cameron was born in 1739; died on 3 Nov 1830 in Cornwall, Ontario.

    5. Cameron was born in ca 1746; died in 1746.
    6. Anne Cameron was born in 1751; died on 21 Jul 1827 in Middle Bridge, Perthshire; was buried in Kilmaveonaig, Perthshire.
    7. Lt. Col John Cameron was born in ca 1754; died on 12 Feb 1816 in Fort William.
