    daughter of John MacPherson, sometime Tacksman of Corriechoillie, and widow of the Revd John Ord, chaplain of the garrison and rector of the Grammar School at Fort William, who died 7 Jan 1811 aged 42.

    Amelia married John Cameron on 5 Apr 1816 in Spean Bridge. John (son of Donald Cameron and Ann McArthur) was born in ca 1781 in Highbridge, Inverroy; died on 16 Feb 1856 in Corriechoille; was buried in Cille Choirill, Inverness-shire. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
